HOW CDU REGALIA IS MADE
Our graduation gowns are hand-stitched from a premium-quality 230GSM polyester weave in a fully fluted Cambridge cut, with sleeve length set by award level. The mortarboard is made from polyester and wool felt over a rigid board, with an elasticised fit that suits most head shapes and a black tassel with a raised button.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR REGALIA
Your gown arrives cleaned and ready to wear. Hang it as soon as it arrives and most creases fall out on their own; anything left can be ironed on low heat with a damp cloth between the iron and the fabric, never directly. Unpack the mortarboard at the same time so it holds its shape. If you want to clean the gown later, hand wash in cold to warm water with a gentle detergent and hang to dry.

Gowns are sized by your height: XS under 158cm, S 159-164cm, M 165-170cm, L 171-177cm and XL 178cm and over.
Mortarboards are sized by head circumference: XS under 46cm, S 47-50cm, M 51-54cm, L 55-59cm and XL over 59cm. If you fall between two sizes, order the larger one.
How long does delivery take for CDU graduation regalia?
Orders placed before 12 noon on a weekday leave our warehouse the same day; orders after that leave the next business day. Standard delivery then takes 3-7 business days and express delivery 2-3 business days for most Australian states, with longer transit times to outer regional areas. We ship Australia-wide through Australia Post, and we recommend leaving a buffer before your ceremony during peak graduation periods.

All sales are final and we cannot accept returns for change of mind, because we are a retailer rather than a hire service. If an item arrives defective or incorrect through our error, tell us within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping. If you simply need a different size, submit the exchange form; an exchange costs $10 per item plus shipping, and items must be unworn and in their original packaging with the barcode attached.
