LOOKING AFTER YOUR REGALIA
Your gown arrives cleaned and ready to wear. Hang it as soon as it arrives and most creases fall out on their own; anything left can be ironed on low heat with a damp cloth between the iron and the fabric, never directly. Unpack the mortarboard at the same time so it holds its shape. If you want to clean the gown later, hand wash in cold to warm water with a gentle detergent and hang to dry.

How long does delivery take for USC graduation regalia?
Orders placed before 12 noon on a weekday leave our warehouse the same day; orders after that leave the next business day. Standard delivery then takes 3-7 business days and express delivery 2-3 business days for most Australian states, with longer transit times to outer regional areas. We ship Australia-wide through Australia Post, and we recommend leaving a buffer before your ceremony during peak graduation periods.

If you simply need a different size, submit the exchange form; an exchange costs $10 per item plus shipping, and items must be unworn and in their original packaging with the barcode attached.
